Description Nortriptyline is an antidepressant marketed under the trade names Sensoval, Aventyl, Pamelor, Norpress, Allegron, Noritren and Nortrilen. It is used in the treatment of major depression. It is also a metabolite of amitriptyline which is used as an antidepressant.
